Meanwhile, with March Madness in full swing and Maryland coming off their most thrilling victory in a decade, Ben had a chance encounter with one of his childhood heroes, Juan Dixon, who led Maryland to a National Championship in 2002. He also reconnected with his former high school junior varsity coach, Bino Ranson, who once claimed Ben was the best three-point shooter the school had! Maryland takes on Florida this Thursday at 7:30 PM ET in San Francisco. Let’s go, Maryland! 🐢

Marinated Shrimp
A Popular Appetizer
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lbs of medium shrimp – steamed your favorite way
- Sliced onions
- 14 Bay Leaves
- 2 ½ c Vegetable Oil
- 1 ½ c Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 TLB + 2 tsp Celery Seeds
- ¼ c + 1 TBL Capers, drained
- Dash Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Place shrimp, onions & bay leaves in large dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over shrimp, cover and chill for 24-48 hours.
- Remove shrimp, onions & capers w/slotted spoon and serve.
